Sean, Jamie and Ayaka have led Access Church and, under their leadership, we have created an environment where everyone can feel safe to be who they are, and yet ready to offer support and love to anyone who needs it.
Stripping away from the traditional style of religious leadership, they believe in giving everyone the space and the grace to grow, while loving them enough to not leave them where they are.
Sean Lee
Lead Pastor
Sean overseas Access Church as the Lead Pastor since inception in 2021, and takes the pulpit on a regular basis.
He has been in ministry for over 16 years, and was an overseer of a youth group before starting Access Church.
Some of his favourite preachers include Steven Furtick, TD Jakes, and Joseph Prince.
Ayaka Lim-Yamaguchi
Worship Pastor
Ayaka has been in the Worship ministry for over 10 years, and was a Worship Leader before she left to start Access Church. She is the head of our Worship team, and the chief of Community Efforts in the church.
Her music preferences include Bethel Worship, UPPERROOM, Maverick City, and Elevation Worship.
Jamie Han
Prophetic Pastor
Jamie has always been led towards the prophetic moves of God, and draws heavy influences from the greats such as Kris Vallotton, Bill Johnson, John Paul Johnson and many more.
Jamie leads the Prayer ministry, "Fireplace" sessions where we make space for the Holy Spirit to speak and move! Meanwhile he also spearheads the Logistics and Media ministries in Access Church.
